Ewing (of ‘Dallas’ fame) said… “the more knowledge a man has… the luckier he is”. The same applies to pilot training. Thanks for the video, Fabrizio.

// Particularly, actual accident-resolution exercises, per aircraft type.
// And the extra expense could be emphasized as favorable appreciation (knowledge life-time enhancement) rewards.

Fab, a bit off topic, which are the additives you really find useful to be used in jet fuel? There have been cases where travel was from hot area to extreme cold area & vice-versa.

This does happen sometimes but if you give your pilots a good balance between remuneration and time off they will stay for a long time. I know pilots that have been with their bosses for a long time (15+ years).

You looking down the barrel of a gun. Then pull the trigger to check if the gun is loaded. Worse case would be. As the result of a avoidable incident. An aircraft loaded with fuel crashes into a major population centre. Aviation might never recover from it. Your experience expertise and presentation as ever shine like a beacon. Thank you for all you add positively towards aviation.

To me that seems analogous to checking into a top-rated hospital but asking for the least-trained physician to perform your brain or heart surgery to save a few bucks. Does cutting costs on pilot training realll occur?

Same goes with spare parts/servicing too. People don’t even do de-icing, let alone pilot!!
