Nice vid. One of the most important thing which we look for is integrity. If that’s absent, then other skills are of no use.
Unfortunately, getting a person of integrity is difficult but once they are hired, not only they are rewarded handsomely but also hired for long duration. Same goes with case of pilots, where background checks are also carried out but that’s easy as freshers are not hired as pilots, so they do have a considerable history, be it as airline pilot or air force one.

As explained in the video, if you want to find a job as a VIP Flight Attendant you first have to work for the airlines, gaining experience, and looking after First Class passengers. Once you have a few years of experience you may find that you're ready for the private VIP jobs.
