In reply to Trevor Mandra. It seems daunting if you don't understand. Some people panic on radio. But honestly once you go into training it's second nature. And like of fitness says you don't have to pay attention to anyone else's direction. Just yours and scan for other traffic and any any directions to look for specific aircraft in vicinity.
