Apart from the random mistakes that have already been pointed out – I don’t know what the cabin looks like because all I saw was the bottoms of the seats, him sat in one, and the floor. Terrible camera work
That big rotating thing on the front of the plane, looks like a big….. propellor, well thats the propellor. A jet doesn’t have a propellor, in fact, the definition of a jet is a plane that uses a jet engine, not an engine turning a propellor (turbine or piston or electric motor).
a turboprop is just a jet engine but the propeller is on the outside
The PC-12 is NOT a jet, it’s a turboprop. Big difference!

@Cyph3r No they do not fall in the jet category. A jet doesn’t have propellers, a turboprop does. Calling a turboprop a private jet is just ignorant.
They actually do fall in the jet category since they use turbine engines.

Nice video. Interesting that there doesn’t appear to be a sink, PC12s are known for having all the features left off of jets but any very light jet seems to have a sink

No, it’s no jet. And it also is not my plane, but you kick doors and drawers without feelings it hearts me watching this. You are sitting in a Swiss engineered masterpiece of an air plane, not in your local gym. Please behave like so. You have to understand, people watching videos related to the Pilatus PC 12 have a fascination and love for air planes. You didnt provide any kind of love in this video. Thats why you get dislikes.

eeerrr ssooo the platis pc12 is a turboprop (the jet is the pc24) and the cruising speed is 269 knots (mph is irelivent in planesso use knots)
The title should be a private plane, not a privare jet.

@Chucky Wright Literally nobody calls this a jet…. except for you apparently. The original comment was correct….and I’m hoping you’ve figured that out by now. By your logic the M1 Abrams tank is also called a jet. But it’s not…. just like this isn’t a “jet”. It’s not your fault….you don’t know what you don’t know. But now you know….and knowing is half the battle.

its a turbo prop. turbo is a form of turbine jets have turbines jet=turbo prop just its final way to distribute force is through a propeller
