The plan was carrying 21 people when it departed from the Houston Executive Airport and headed to Boston. No one has died and the incident is being investigated.

@Nadine Miller I’ve non revved on a family pass on a Beech as the only passenger. Spent most of the flight up front. Thanks for the information. I wasn’t sure if part 91 accounted for personal use of airliners without compensation. But then an MD-87 is not in my price range for recreational vehicles.

@Nicholas Kaiser Yes they would require a flight attendant w/ pax load at/over 19 considering the (modified) AC and being privately chartered there would definitely be a flight attendant aboard. Even if an AC has 19 seats and 2 PAX onboard, it still is required.
The smallest AC I ever worked was a Dash-8 w/37 load.
Not like the good ole days of a Beech1900 w/o flight deck door and the pilots giving any needed safety briefing.
Thank g-d everyone survived, no fatalities. That sounds in itself is a blessing.

Sometimes he allow people to be on their bed of afflictions, for a greater and higher purpose. Some people souls are only saved through being humbled with sickness. The most important thing is to make sure that when you transition from your earthly vessel, to your eternal home that your soul is in right standing with your CREATOR. Fear him, for he is able to destroy both your body and soul.
The quick actions of crew and the safety features of the plane deserve a mention too. If only the MOST HIGH would help children with bone cancer, but he’s too busy I guess….

@Michael Allen Visual evidence shows starboard engine was still running but at what %? Have to wait on the black box.
