+Sang3ETA This plane is smaller and has a smaller engine. There would be no problem in beating the concorde, but it pushes the price up considerably. Also there are more noise regulations, so you can’t fly over Mach 1 the entire length. You have to slow down going over populations.
And another 4.5 hours going through security.

It has windows so it’s half a supersonic jet.
Should bring back concorde , carries more passengers , still saves alot of flight hours , just slow it over cities . Keep it on longer routes & over ocean routes .
Bad information. He first says the plane goes 4750 knots. That’s 5500 mph.
New York to London is 3460 miles. How could it take 4.5 hours?
Should take less than one hour.
But then he says it travels 1.5 times the speed of sound. That’s about 1000 knots.
Did I miss something?
Probably meant 4750 Nautical Miles, which is the range of this jet.
